HOW TO APPLY
Before taking the time to complete an online application, it is best to both schedule a time to view the property in person and to review our rental requirements which will apply to anyone over the age of 18 who will be living in the home. These requirements include a minimum credit score of 600–anything less will result in an automatic decline–and a monthly income equal or greater to 3 times the monthly rental amount. These are minimum requirements and do not guarantee application approval. If all potential applicants will qualify, please contact us to set up a time to see the property in person. The application fee is $40 per applicant and will be collected at the time of application submission. Please be advised that this fee is non-refundable and we strongly recommend viewing the property prior to applying.
Once you decide to apply, please visit the listing through the For Rent link on our home page. You will find an “Apply Now” link that will open our online application for that unique property. Please complete all necessary sections. We will also collect two months of paystubs from each applicant. If any applicant is self-employed, we will require two years of tax returns in place of monthly paystubs.
Once your application has been approved, we will set an appointment to collect all applicable deposits and sign your lease. Welcome home!
